What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and send account and billing messages.
• Encrypted sync data uploaded by your Taskwarrior clients. Your device encrypts it with a secret we never receive, so we cannot read your tasks.
• Sync activity: when your client syncs and how much data is stored, shown on your dashboard.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics

We use an analytics service to count page visits. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, and it can't identify individual visitors.

Cookies

We set a single cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use it for tracking.

Who processes your data

• Our hosting provider runs the service, stores the data and provides the visit statistics.
• An email delivery service sends sign-in emails.
• Stripe processes payments.

Retention and deletion

We keep sync data while your plan is active and for 30 days after it ends, then delete it. Deleting your account removes your email and sync data immediately; Stripe keeps payment records as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can see, export (via your Taskwarrior client) or delete your data at any time. For any other request, email support@taskwarriorsync.com.
